What is the onboarding timeline when getting started?

The ideal onboarding process typically takes three to four weeks, although it can be expedited if required. During the first week, data is imported into the Gnosis Freight platform. The second week is dedicated to reviewing data and planning customizations. Weeks three and four (if applicable) are for reviewing customization and making any final modifications.

What customer support services does Gnosis Freight offer?

As a CLM customer, you will have a dedicated account management team to guide you through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support throughout your usage of the CLM platform. Your team is comprised of experts with diverse skill sets, dedicated to assisting you in enhancing your company's supply chain and logistics operations, and ensuring your success with the CLM platform. What is the user limit and functionality of the CLM platform?

Creating user accounts in our CLM platform is free of charge, so you can create as many as you need. We can also assign different roles to different users based on their required access levels. For example, roles may include Admin, DC, Warehouse, Factory, Forwarder, Trucker, etc.

Can I invite my logistics partners to my Gnosis platform?

Yes. Gnosis Freight has been designed to facilitate effective collaboration between our customers and their supply chain partners. Our platform allows customers to grant access to a range of partners, including drayage companies and freight forwarders, among others. Moreover, Gnosis offers granular control over the features and views accessible to these partners, ensuring that they only receive information that is pertinent to their specific roles in the supply chain processes.
